Here’s the inside scoop on our most recent trip to Spain! In the newsletter you’ll find links to where we stayed, what we ate, what we did, & what I wore!

Enjoy!

WHERE WE STAYED

We stayed in an INCREDIBLE Airbnb located in Moraira, Spain! It was about a 15 minute walk into the town and an 8 minute walk to the beach. This place was divided into 3 parts. The main house had a kitchen, two living rooms, a dining space, primary bedroom with walkout patio and marble tub, and an additional bedroom and loft upstairs. The main house also had a giant wall of glass doors that opened up to the pool. By the pool there was also a small casita containing two additional bedrooms. And lastly near the front of the house there was a path that took you through a garden to another casita that contained two bedrooms, another kitchen, living space, and patio! This place was an absolute dream! Highly recommend visiting, it is perfect for larger groups!

THINGS WE DID

BOAT DAY

One of the days we decided to rent a sailboat for 4 hours! Moraira has an amazing marina full of a few places you can rent boats for the day! We rented ours through The Boat Experience and got a sailboat that could fit 11 people and included a skipper for the day! We got to sail up the coast and also anchor to swim and snorkel too.

PRIVATE CHEF

One of the nights we hired a Private Chef (Harrison Catering Costa Blanca) to come and make us a meal at our Airbnb. They made us Tapas, Paella, and Key Lime Pie for dessert! The Couple that cooked for us was actually very affordable we paid around 40 Euros per person for this meal. This was my favorite meal we had the entire trip! It was truly an unforgettable experience.

KAYAKING

I didn’t get any photos of this experience but one of the days we went Kayaking on the Mediterranean. The place to rent them is located on the beach that is an 8 minute walk from the airbnb. We paid 35 euros for a double kayak and went for an hour! It was a super fun activity and the water was incredibly teal and clear! They also had stand up paddle board options as well.

WHERE WE ATE

MORAIRA

EL CHAMIZO

One of the best views in Moraira and amazing food! This was my favorite place we ate at on the trip!

VALENCIA

DDL BOUTIQUE

This place was INCREDIBLE. If you are in Valencia you MUST go!

VALENCIA

HORCHATERIA DE SANTA CATALINA

The perfect place to try authentic churros, hot chocolate, and horchata in Spain!

ALICANTE

BURRO CANAGLIA

We stopped by here for a late lunch in Alicante! Super aesthetic on the inside and located in a very cute area as well!

MY NEW CAMERA

I finally caved and purchased the Canon G7X Mark iii before this trip and let me tell you, my only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner! This camera is AMAZING for on the go photos. I love shooting on my DSLR but sometimes it is just too heavy for me to lug around and I am never happy with how iphone photos turn out. This camera is the perfect in between. Creates beautiful photos and videos. I love shooting with the flash to add a film feel.

PLACES WE WENT
