Anymore, it seems as though everyone is on the hunt for cutest coffee shops near them. Not to mention how frustrating they are to find when 25 different Starbucks pops up when you try searching “coffee shops near me”. Lucky for you, I have done all the work so you don’t have to! Hours of visiting coffee shops and LOTS of caffeine later, I have compiled a list of all of my favorite places to go! Here are my top 10 coffee shops in the greater Indianapolis area that you MUST try.

Thirsty Scholar

111 E 16th St #101, Indianapolis, IN 46202

Looking for a place to take the best coffee shop flat lays? Then Thirsty Scholar is your place to go! Everything about this place is so cute from the marble tabletops to the antique throwback aesthetic of the entire shop! Personally, they make the best Mocha I have ever tried in my LIFE. Not to mention, it is SUPER cheap in comparison to other coffee shops. My 16oz Mocha only costs me $3.50. They also are open late until 12am since they serve beer and wine as well. If you are ever in the Indy area, hit this cute historic coffee shop up!

Quills

 335 W 9th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202

Ohhh Quills… my one true love. I fell in love with this hipster coffeeshop about a year ago. The location of the shop is on the canal so it makes it a fun visit to get your drink and take a stroll on the water! But, if you choose to stay inside, it is so cozy and has some of the best latte art I have ever seen! This fall they had a Maple latte… I was dead! So yummy and different from the traditional pumpkin spice!

Mo’Joe Coffeehouse

222 W Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN 46204

This hole-in-the-wall coffee shop is so low key and perfect to just relax. It is practically on the IUPUI campus so it is so ideal for students to visit. Everyone is so chill and they have a variety of unique coffee, tea, and creme soda beverages. This place often will have music performers at night and is open until 10! If you are a fan of Chai Lattes, I highly recomend trying it if you go! One of my favorites in town!

Neidhammer

2102 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201

Neidhammer is on the west side of town and has such a fun look inside. I am obsessed with the exposed brick and wooden tables! This place is also great to rent out after they close at 6pm to host little events or meet ups! My friend recently tried their Nutella Latte and it was super yummy. They also have great iced coffee as well.

Calvin Fletcher’s Coffee Company

647 Virginia Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203

Guys… This place is home to my favorite iced coffee ever. I can’t even explain what it is, but it is just perfect. I like to get mine with 1 pump of vanilla and a splash of nonfat milk. The also have a variety of sweets and breakfasty type foods. I love going when it’s warm out and sitting outside in their cute little patio area.

Hubbard & Cravens

6229 Carrollton Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220

Hubbard and Cravens has two locations I like to visit. One is in Indy and the other is in Carmel, IN. I personally like to go to the Carmel location because it is about 4 times the size and has a great brunch menu! The indy location does not serve food, but they currently are do holiday special drinks. I ordered a delicious peppermint mocha!

Garden Table

908 E Westfield Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46220

Not only does the Garden Table serve amazing, healthy food and juices, but the also make some pretty unique café beverages. Of course they have your traditional lattes, coffee, etc, but I love to try their not so normal drinks. My favorite drink I have tried was a mix of Espresso, sparkling water, coconut milk, and strawberry purée. Sounds strange, but suprisingly delicious!

Milktooth

534 Virginia Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46203

Similar to the Garden Table, Milktooth serves some great drinks along side their yummy brunch food! For some reason I do not have a photo of one of the iced coffee drinks I got there once, but I do have a photo of a matcha drink I had! Their selection is very diverse and as always, super tasty! If you like trying out of the box food and drinks, definitely go here!

Dancing Donut

1134 E 54th St G, Indianapolis, IN 46220

Yes, clearly not a coffee shop, but they served me the best pumpkin spice latte of my life so I had to mention them! If you have never been, I recommend getting a Jane Dough donut ( literally the size of your head with chocolate Icing and sprinkles!) and grabbing a coffee drink too! You can thank me later;)

Noble Coffee & Tea Company

933 Logan St, Noblesville, IN 46060

Last but certainly not least, is a coffee shop from my hometown! Fun fact: Up until last year I thought it was called Noble TEA & Coffee instead of Noble COFFEE & Tea… smh you would think I would have known since I, ya know…grew up with it. Anywayssss, They will never let you down and have a pretty cool space to chill and get some work done! If you are ever in Nob, you should stop by!

Well friends, That is all I have for you today. I hope you enjoyed this little blog post, a lot went in to making this! Coffee shops are a big part of my life, I think they are a great atmosphere to get creative, get stuff done, and feel a little sophisticated;) If you are ever in Indy, try one of them out! Even if you aren’t a coffee person, I am sure you’ll find something you love!
