This year has been a year of hairstyles for me! I thought I would do a recap post of my best hair moments of 2018 using my Luxy hair extensions!
I have created quit a bit of content from insta posts to youtube videos with my extensions this year so incase you missed some of it, look no further! Here are my favorite hair looks that I created!
Double Braids + Hat
My favorite way to wear braids is with a hat! I think it adds a cute touch and is cozy for winter months!
Hair Down + Hat
Sticking to the hat trend, I also love wearing hats with my extensions in and down! A perfect way to spice up a hair style with almost no effort at all! I also have a video linked on some of my favorite ways to wear hats with my extensions!
Half Up Half Down Braid
I wore this style a lot this year it seems. It is a super fun and quick go to for me and makes travel photos look bomb! Also nice for hot days when you want some hair out of your face!
Single Braid
Such a classic! Dutch or French, a single braid with all your hair is always a great way to go! Here are a few variations that I wore this year!
Pony Tail Twist
Another one of my favs! Such a romantic style to wear! And it is WAY easier to create than it looks! I have linked a video I made for Luxy below showing you how to create this look as well as a few others!
Top Knot
in 2017 I was obsessed with this style so I don’t know why I didn’t wear it more this year! It will definitely be making a comeback for me in the New Year! I love this style for travel. It is quick, easy, and perfect for photos!
Bubble Braids
This one is a fun quirky look I tried! It is just a slight variation from normal braid with just a fun twist!
Half Up Space Buns
Another fun look for sure! This one is great for fun parties you may have coming up. I recently did a video for Luxy showing 5 hairstyles to wear on New Years Eve and this style was one of them!
Retro Curls
Wore this look during Paris Fashion week. A timeless look that is glamorous and perfect for any event! Tutorial linked below!
Half Up + Bow
My favorite holiday hairstyle ever! Just a simple half up with a bow. So magical for Christmas in NYC!
And lots of Loose Curls
And of course my everyday loose curls! I wore this style countless times and I sure I will in years to come! This one never gets old!
